This privacy policy applies to the Bravon AI app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Bravon AI (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
- The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
- The time spent on the Application
- The operating system you use on your mobile device
- Your name and email address (collected during account registration)
- Voice audio recordings (captured during speaking practice sessions)
- Text conversation content (your language practice inputs and interactions with AI tutors)
- A persistent device identifier used to associate usage analytics with your device
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Application may use third-party services such as analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) or crash reporting tools to collect and analyze usage data. These tools may collect information used to identify you, such as device identifiers or usage patterns, in order to improve the service.
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.
For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to email and user ID. The information that the Service Provider requests will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.
Subscription and Payment Information
When you subscribe to our premium services, the following additional information may be collected and processed:
- Transaction data: Subscription type, purchase date, renewal date, and transaction identifiers — processed by Apple through the App Store
- Subscription status: Whether your account has an active subscription, trial period, or has expired — used to provide access to premium features
We do not collect or store your payment card details, billing address, or other financial information. All payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store.
AI Features and Data Processing
Bravon AI is a language learning application powered by artificial intelligence. To deliver AI tutoring features, your voice and text inputs are transmitted to our backend servers (api.bravonai.com), which in turn process your data using the following third-party AI service providers:
- OpenAI — Used for AI conversation tutoring and speech-to-text transcription (ASR) of your voice recordings. OpenAI Privacy Policy
- Google Gemini (Google LLC) — Used as an alternate AI model for language tutoring conversations. Google Privacy Policy
- Microsoft Azure — Used for text-to-speech (TTS) synthesis of AI tutor voice responses. Microsoft Privacy Statement
- MiniMax — Used as an alternate text-to-speech (TTS) provider for AI tutor voice responses. MiniMax Privacy Policy
The data transmitted to these AI providers consists solely of your language practice inputs (voice audio or text) and the session context required to generate a tutoring response. Your name, email address, payment information, and other personally identifiable information are not shared with AI providers.
All AI service providers we engage are bound by data processing agreements that prohibit them from using your submitted content to train or improve their models.
Because these AI providers may be located outside your country of residence, your data may be transferred internationally. Such transfers are conducted under appropriate contractual safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Third-Party Services and SDKs
The Application uses the following third-party services that may collect data:
- Firebase Analytics (Google) — Usage analytics and crash reporting. Firebase Privacy Policy
- Apple StoreKit — In-app purchase and subscription management, processed under Apple's privacy terms
- Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) — Delivery of push notifications
Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process
- When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request
- With their trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at support@bravonai.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.
Children
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider, please contact them at support@bravonai.com so that they can take the necessary actions.
Your Data Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data
- Portability: Request a machine-readable copy of your data
- Opt-out: Opt out of marketing communications at any time

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA) or California, additional rights may apply under GDPR or CCPA respectively. We will process your request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information they process and maintain.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
